Scaling Agile – which framework to choose?

10:15 – 11:40 and 14:00 – 15:25 (subject to change)

Methods such as Scrum focus on individual teams. Organizations become more aware that in order to achieve real business agility, the work of individual teams must be integrated and embedded in the business processes. The adoption of Agile is therefore shifting towards a broader organization approach. Organizations that start scaling wonder which framework fits best. In this workshop we compare Safe, Nexus and Less. Together we look at the challenges that scaling entails. What advice would you give if you can think about the best scaling approach? Join us if you want to get a feel for what the differences between the different frameworks are and if you want to be a worthy partner in the conversation when scaling comes on the agenda.
